What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
Currently under Corrective Action Plan. Out on STD getting feedback prior to going out I was reported for violating the CAP. No one has spoken to me about it. Meanwhile, am concerned while receiving treatment and/or follow up care when returned to work but under FMLA I could be terminated. Legally can this be done. If yes what are options fortune 500 company takes this step?
