What is the name of your state? AZ

My brother was deported 3 years ago on a drug related charge. He was barely over 18. Our father was already a citizen but our parents were divorced already. Apparently the punishment for drug related charges is definite deportation. Our whole family is in the US, all citizens, college degrees, etc. Also, we are from Romania (not many people here from over there)...because of where we are from becoming a permanent resident and eventually a citizen was very quick and easy. My brother thinks that he has a chance to come back because of all this. I know it is not easy to come back even for people that only had 5 years deportation. I want to know what his chances are.

He is about to fill out the I-212 form. Is this the right way to go about this process? I was thinking about calling an immigration lawyer but not sure he will tell us anything new.

Has anyone come back from deportation? Used an immigration lawyer for it?

Please help, if you have any information at all! Anything helps!

Take care!
