ARD Program In Pennsylvania

What is the name of your state?I live in NY... and i was arrested in PA last summer for minor possesion of marijuana (less than 1 OZ or w/e it is) and pariphinalia... at my first court date, i got the pariphinalia charge dropped.. and the possesion charge will be dropped pending i pass the ARD probation

my question is.. has anyone gone through the ARD program.. and what is it like? do they drug test you? and also.. i have the date that i am meeting with my probation officer... will they drug test me right on the spot?

I am going through the program, I was not tested, and I won't be tested or even see my probation officer again unless I get into more trouble. I don't know if I'm the exception to what typically occurs in this program, but that's what I'm going through.

Give me his/her phone number and I will call the person and ask...sheesh... No one here knows... Why does it matter if you have stopped? Is it because you stopped 5 minutes ago and you know that it stays in your system longer than 30 days?
