What is the name of your state? Texas

I am planning on filing for Chapter 7 and have a fairly good handle on what is exempt and non-exempt. I have quite a few miles (1MM) and was wondering if the trustee can order the issuance of tickets using my miles to a creditor?

Under Airline rules, miles can' t be sold or transfered, but I can use them for anybody, including a creditor...

Help please

I've never heard of a trustee asking for the miles but, they are an asset and likely need to be scheduled. Ask your lawyer.
