1. Your Wrong - I may be my dads minor child by genetics... but without custody im not his child legally... and this is a legal matter.
You're wrong. (Please note proper grammar with what I stated as well as the fact that legally you are also wrong.) You are his child legally. Doesn't matter who has custody if legally he is your father. Hence, legally you are his child. Apparently, you are a spoiled child who has been lead to believe you are entitled to things. Newsflash: you are not entitled to anything but food, a roof over your head, a public school education, and clothes to wear (just a note: that doesn't mean designer clothes as goodwill clothes work just as well).

2. Calling the cops would be a waste of tax dollars... ownership and custody etc... isn't a police matter.
True.

3. Those Items Were not Perks of being at my dads. They were Given to me as a gift/reward. (transferring ownership from the doner to the donee)
Not to mention i did a whole lot of work for my dads company to earn most of what i stated.
Prove it. You paid taxes, correct? You have receipts for those belongings, correct? How did your mother regain custody of you?

4. Just so you know, your 4th statement contradicted your second statement.
Just so you know, you are a child.
5. This Statement #5 is the MOST IMPORTANT: Your an angery, contradictory, un-educated, and stupid person.
50% of your post was incorrect information... and 0% of it was helpful... u should leave this site immediatly and bring -BigMouthWino- back so this site can stay helpful

Let's go over the errors in this one statement:
1)"You're" not "Your"
2) "angry"not "angery"
3) "uneducated" not "un-educated"
4) The stupid person here is proven to be you.
5) The information was not necessary incorrect and just because you didn't like it, does not mean it was not legally correct.
6) "You" not "u"
7) "immediately" not "immediatly"

What you consider "MOST IMPORTANT" shows your ignorance, selfishness, and immaturity. Stay in school, child. Get an education. Try to learn proper grammar and punctuation. Then, realize that you are entitled to very little -- definitely not an X-Box, a television, an Iphone, a car or anything else you might want to stomp your feet and demand.

to a degree.... but older minors (16-18) are getting more and more right and always have... and there is alot of loopholes in law

Child, you need an education.
1) "rights" not "right" -- even if that is not true.
2) "are" not "is"
3) "a lot" not "alot"
Quit assuming you know anything. You do not.

True, but unfortunately as a minor you have very few legal rights to things like property, wages, being able to enter into contracts, etc. that you have when you reach the age of majority (18). I totally understand that this stinks when you're bright, have been through a lot and feel completely grown up, but the law is just a black and white thing that doesn't mold itself to your personality or circumstances but rather that of the general population.

FALSE. Legally, dad has rights even if mom has custody. You stated OP was bright. Apparently, one does not need to communicate properly or effectively to display intelligence.

1. it may sound stupid but its true... and no... he does not pay a single penny of child support.
I call BS on this statement. It is NOT true. You are wrong. Legally and in just about every other way. If there is a child support order, your mom is not getting it because she is on the public dole. If there is NOT a support order, then your mom has screwed up royally and is most likely committing fraud of some sort. Unless of course, she never told welfare that this man is your dad and you just want to pump him for everything you can.

2.Its not a Waste of Tax Dollars? or Its not a police matter? which were u refering to?

3. Yes i said Donee... i have a big vocabulary and im sleep deprived right now so cut me a break
Some things were lent to me, some things i helped pay for, some things i was given as a gift, and some things i earned from working. it can
Get Confusing.

Not that confusing. Except for the fact that you are displaying your ignorance.

4.oh wow... thanks for sharing that info... too bad i didnt talk to u before all this **** happened lol\

Nice language.

5.that all sounds great, but i have school... and ive applied to countless jobs for part-time... but every place wants full time help.

6. sorry for being a dick... im going through a really hard spot in my life and im taking it out on a woman who is trying to help me on a legal website... pathetic..... and i apologize
Say goodbye, ignorant child. Adults don't use such language. And the TOS here forbids it. Of course, I highly doubt you read the TOS or could comprehend it.

The child is about to get banned for childish language. Edited it when I realized my overwrite key deleted the "a". Blah.

Gotta admit, the only thing that really went through my head was "Jeez Louise, what an ungrateful little brat!".

And to expect the brat to get a job to pay for his own toys? THE NERVE!

This whole sense of entitlement thing is spreading like the clap. :(

The only thing children are entitled to is food, shelter, clothing -- oh and not to be abused. And not having the latest toys or lots of cash and things is NOT abuse.
