What is the name of your state? Florida

My company is based in Florida, I need to send employeers to Michigan. Do I need an insurance in both states?

is w/c insurance the same

You might want to call your insurance company and ask them if it is different since they will be the ones paying if anything happens.Hopefully they can help you.By the way good question,best to be informed before something happens. :)

It would also be very wise to call the Division of w/c in MI's state capital. The contractors from out of state that are in FL do have to have acquire w/c coverage for/from the state of FL.
