Yep I'm a money grubber.

Also, his support amount decreased after we had our son. They knocked about two hundred dollars off of the original support amount for a credit for our child. We are thinking of having another child. Would they decrease support for a second or third child since they did for our first child?

What, having children to decrease child support? You are a real prize.

Yep I'm a money grubber. I mean no one in their right mind would be the least bit interested in filing an injured spouse claim and making sure they recieve the money they are entitled to from the IRS. Just give it all to the state so they can fund more welfare cases. I don't mind lol. And keeping an eye on my husbands child support account to make sure there aren't any mistakes is just stupid. I should stop that too. LOL.

No. There's no court fees for anything. I don't think you read the question right. He isn't paying MORE than he's supposed to. He was paying the exact amount the court ordered him to but CSE is showing he's paid less. We sent the pay stubs in last wednesday and they haven't fixed the account. I'm wondering how slow they will be about this one.

CSE does take awhile to fix the problem, but as long as the proof of payment has been sent to them, all you can do is wait.

As for having a second child to decrease CS- I personally hope that a Judge sees right through your little plan, and not only denies giving a credit but also raises the CS. (THAT is my personal opinion).

Also, think about this for the future- let's say that you and your hubby's plan works, you have 2, 3 or maybe even 4 kids with him. Then later, you divorce- first you will get less CS just because of the first order for CS. Then, he can remarry and have even more kids with another wife, and guess what- yep, YOUR CS will go down because of his new kids- now that's what I'd call "poetic justice".

Personally, I am done trying to help you- you disgust me and you're not worth my time any longer.

I said we were thinking of having another child. Not that we were thinking of having one to lower support. Just jump to conclusions because it's obvious EVERYONE is either trying to arrange things to recieve more support, or do things to lower their support. My god. I do think it's a legitimate concern. And I was interested in seeing how they would handle other children. I mean my parents had four children and my father kept the same job with the same salary from the beginning. Every couple years a little raise but not much. So each time a child was born we had less money to go around. Only makes sense to lower support payments for other children.

Why in the world would a Judge think I would have a child to lower support payments? That's such a stupid thing to do and think. It's not possible some people want more children is it?

If we got a divorce, which i don't see coming because we are totally happy. And i know divorce is very high and everyone these days gest a divorce. So anyway i wouldn't care if he got re married and his child support was lower. He's only human and we can't expect him to jump through hoops to pay for everything for everyone. I don't even care about monetary child support. Personally i wouldn't seek a support order in the divorce decree. As long as my ex would help provide clothing and food for my child i'd happily provide everything else.
