I know exactly what I have wrote it previous posts, I also understand mock & sarcasm, which CJane tried to use to have her "roasted" moment.

I did indeed wanted to file a mod. because regardless if it was a penny, five cents, or in my case, 50 cents! I'm 100% entitled to do so, CJane sarcastically wrote that I had just "realized" that a .50 cent raise was never given, I would be more than glad to show proof of that just to get the facts straight. Again like it's preached all through out this Community, if we are not close to 100% certain of what were going to write it's true, better to just zip it, including myself.

People come here to get facts and actual Laws not opinions or comments from high-horsed senior members who feel that are entitled to say whatever comes to mind just cause it's the web.

OP - your arrears are based on what the court ordered you to pay minus what you actually paid (the way you were supposed to pay it). Then they calculate interest, based on how long you weren't paying what you were supposed to pay. Has nothing to do with your income, past, present or future. The court expects that you will follow it's orders until you are told to stop doing so.

It really IS that simple.

I didn't either, though I was promised one if I quit sucking my thumb. When I quit, I was told that I was too old for the EBO.

But The Teen has one. And I've got my own oven and convection/microwave if I want to make little bitty cakes.
