What is the name of your state? Florida

Does an arrest warrant stop the statute of limitations after a crime has been committed? Would this apply to all states?

Yes. The SOL for a crime is the time prosecution is allowed to bring charges. Once the charges are filed, the SOL is no longer relevant.
