What is the name of your state?Alabama
Me and my boyfriend got pulled over.... he had no license so they was going to tow the car in, they searched the car to list items... In the back seat they found my boyfriends bookbag with a glass meth pipe and a needle in it. He said he picked it up at the hotel we was at so he could get rid of it. I tried to claim it because i knew he was going to prison if he was charged because of previous charges and my record is clean, but they charged both of us with controlled substance and para.charge. They said the controlled substance was because there was a light coating on the glass pipe. In court will this be droped to a misdemnor... or is it a felony? What kind of fine or time will i have to do for this? Somebody please help.... Am I fixing to get a felony for someone elses stuff and I was thinking it was only para. charge ... not a controlled substance charge.... but Weaver Alabama believes to think different...

Okay, I just can't resist putting in my two cents here.

If what he is putting you through isn't love, why on earth would you try to take responsibility for the stuff? Is he more important than your daughters? You would rather save his ass than be there to mother them??

God, I am so confused.

Please tell me, you don't let him drive the car around without a license and your daughters in there??

Oh, I almost forgot, your verbs need a little work!!

Mistie,

You need to stay away from this man...for childrens' sake and for yours as well. It is bad enough that he is a drug user, but when someone uses needles then they are a HARDCORE drug user. I can guarantee he has been using for many years, you don't just start off using needles. Also when someone uses needles, they will swear that they do not share, that is a lie. If they do not have a point, they will go to any lengths to get one, even if it is used. They will swear that if you dip it in bleach, that will kill any diseases. I don't know if that is true or not, but I wouldn't want to risk my health on some tweakers theory? With 3 children I certainly hope that you would not either. Also, the fact is if he is using needles, his mind is GONE. He no longer has morals, respect, love, caring, his only love is for the dope and he will NEVER be back to normal. If you love your children, get out while you still can.
