Oh come on. It was a woman. Just because she wasn’t in a car doesn’t mean she navigates her path any better than if she was

Also, I don’t know if Ahmed is a natural American or an immigrant or how closely the mores of the society his name suggests he may have, at least, familial ties to but in some middle eastern societies her actions could result in jail time, or worse. There is currently an American worker facing 3 months in prison for touching the hip of s man as he walked behind him. The touch was merely a guarding as he moved behind him to ensure the touched party would not back up into the accused and spill his drink.

Yes, while I see it as the woman being discourteous and not allowing enough room to navigate the hall without brushing against him, I also see his actions as an overreaction as well, at least in this country.

As to his statements concerning the incident. Can anybody say Pansy? Almost knocked him over? Drove her shoulder into him? I guess we’re lucky he wasn’t a European soccer player. He surely would have flopped on that contact. (If anybody doesn’t understand just google “soccer floppers”)

Maybe she needs to mount a suit for defamation. Claiming she committed such a violent assault is surely defaming her character.

Did you see it? SHE hit him so hard it almost knocked him to the floor. He woke up with back pain the next day. She purposely slammed him with her body. And she was so much BIGGER than he was. He didn't see her coming. Why hasn't the court dealt with her pathetic behavior and the intense physical assault he experience. He detailed it all in a two page letter written on stationary of the county Prosecutor. HE is a prosecutor of FIVE YEARS. There should be MORE respect for him.

Read his letter and the police report he filed. And he is a natural American. He may end up with being fired tomorrow as well as a bar complaint. That is the bets we attorneys are placing.

I actually think it is sort of refreshing to see drama being created by a pompous prosecutor rather than a crazed client. It is even more refreshing to see a pompous prosecutor put in his place by a video that proves him a liar and a fool.

I disagree. I would much rather see a client having issues since they are often facing negative changes in their life rather than a prosecutor who is supposed to be a fair party. Aggressive is not exclusive of being fair. . If he lies like this for something as simple as this, what would he be willing to do to win a case? I can only imagine and nothing I imagine is what you want a prosecutor to stoop to to win.

I imagine the prosecutor will be facing negative changes in his life.

The prosecutor has been exposed as a liar (or an exaggerator extraordinaire) which, even if his honesty was not in question in previous cases, can limit his effectiveness in court now.

It appears to me he has weeded out a bad guy in the prosecutor's office. He just happens to be the bad guy he weeded out.
