What is the name of your state?
Florida

We got a notice saying that an assessment is due Sept 1st. In the bylaws it states that interest will be charged if not paid within 10 days of the due date. Does this mean I can pay it on the 8th or 9th? It mentions nothing about late fees.

**A: possibly but the notice is only a notice. Read your condo docs to be sure.
