That's because she wanted pro bono and upon discovery noted that your brief case was too small. She said "you need to go downstairs to Small Claims counselor.

Homeys response was to me.. also, whether he has a sad life is not the question here.. there will be no objection from this side of the court.

You are wasting your time.. first, this is no different than if your wife worked at Macdonalds and ended up doing all the customers because they ran out of editable food, you can not report them to the bar, even though that is where they would be.

Secondly, your in deep sh!t as it is because you wife now has access to a plentiful supply of free legal council. During the five minutes that they rest between doing the hoki poki, he can write enough petitions to bury you and financially break you.

Money and power in exchange for sex is one of the oldest agreements. The only way to beat this is to offer sex to a judge in exchange for power in the court room..

LB, hahaha, as much as I regret to do this, I must say that I agree with you.

To dipper: If my life is sad, I would hate to hear the definition of the lives of others. I woke up today and said "what a beautiful day it is"
Do I feel like going to work today or just lounging around, maybe play a few rounds with the buddies, check out the shopping mall, have a late lunch....
You see I don't need to work. And I work only when I feel like it. I just make one call to my personal secretary and that's it. Come to think of it, I think you are right. I really do have a sad life. I's so sad to have the money, power, prestige, status, real estate, stocks/bonds, various businesses etc. More importantly my family, inner circle of friends (many in high influential positions), my intelligence, wit, humor, various degrees etc. Boo hoo hoo..I'm crying in my beer.

So lad, I'm glad, not bad, my pad, it's rad, so sad, not your Dad, ee gad, you had, now mad, just a tad,
Chad.

Hey Homey, care to compare bank accounts?

Not unless you are talking 7 figures.
And then do I get to count offshore, trusts and other such accounts also that are not under US jurisdiction?

I thought this site was intended for people who have legitimate questions to get legitimate answers. You two have turned it into your own personal "comedy club." To make matters worse, the jokes aren't funny!

I would appreciate it (and I'm sure there are others) if you two would stick to the subject. If you don't have any worthwhile advice for "flipper", how about exchanging e-mail addresses and keep the condescending remarks between yourselves.....

Dear SPamSJS:

Please be advised that you have just addressed 2 Senior contributors that rank in the top ten. Both have joined this website long before you did and have combined responses exceeding 6000 posts.

I find it amusing that a newbie like youself would comment to two Senior members in the fashion that you have.
The last time I checked, this is a free country so you are not forced to read our responses. I don't care one bit if you think the jokes aren't funny or we have digressed from the subject. When you have responded to 2000 posts, maybe, just maybe, you might have a little say around here among the Seniors.

Signed,
HomeGuru

PS: the jokes on you.

Dear Pam:

As another Senior Member of these Boards with more than 5,700 posts to my credit, and nearly a year of service on these Boards, I have a complete appreciation and admiration for both HomeGuru and LegalBeagle.

If you bothered to look around, these two give wonderful advice and suggestions. And they work hard for FreeAdvice.com - - as opposed to your less than 50 responses to date.

The owners of FreeAdvice.Com absolutely love these two guys, because without them, FreeAdvice.Com would soon dry up. Besides myself, these two gentlemen add up to 2/5ths of all the attorneys on these Boards. The rest of the people that write on these Boards barely know any laws, and for the most part, they give anecdotes, stories, and misinformation.

The law can be a dry subject, and we all enjoy the levity and good times we get from their funny shenanigans. Their jokes are very funny. Granted, some are funnier than others, but funny nonetheless.

If you don't find that laughter is "the best medicine", I can only suggest that you find a different site. But, we'd love for you to stay, join the fun, stay calm, and go with the flow.
