I am interested in purchasing a condo/townhouse that has been foreclosed due to the owner failing to pay the Homeowners Assocation Dues. The property has already been sold at auction, but I have time to upset the bid. My question is: If I end up winning the auction, do I have to pay the amount that I bid, AND the mortgage, AND all other liens??

Here is a brief description of this property:

Tax Value: $146200
Amount to upset current bid: $10,750

-There has to be more to this, right?
