What is the name of your state? florida
In December 1994 I was in a car accident(I was at fault). At the time I was only 16. I was insured with pip at the time. Two years later in Febuary of 1996(then 18 years old), I was sued by the other persons insurance company. Now I have a judgement.
My question is was my rights violated and should of my insurance company take care of the damages? Also I have had my judgement 7 years as of Febuary of 2004. Will it drop off my credit and drivers license or will I have to pay it to clear my name?

What do you mean that your rights were violated?

Since you were only insured for the minimum (PIP/PD) and you appear not to have had BI coverage, then you were ripe to be sued.

You may have to pay to have it drop off your credit report if you have already satisfied the judgment.

It will always show up on your driving record if they run it beyond seven years.
