i'm wondering,,, is it possible to have my W pay child support, although there is now no longer a divorce case pending. We filed to stop the Dv. in Feb. and to date, she hasn't even spent any time working towards a reconciliation.

within 2 weeks after W filed to stop the Dv. i filed to protest, yet never followed thru,,, ?? With that, is it also possible to go for back support,,..??

We do live in 2 seperate homes, i'm also looking for what forms i will need to file for custody, including a seperation?? ALong with, where can i get the forms,, at as low a price possible?

If you two are still married, she could come and take the child(ren) at any time and there would be nothing you can do about it. Until you file for child support, she does not legally have to pay.
