It makes no sense to send money when there is no money due. When you called to ask about the check you sent, what did they say?

I haven't contacted them about it yet. I'm formulating a letter though in which I ask what exactly the $30 was for just to see what their answer is and so I have written proof of their fraud.

Oh don't even lie. If you got a check you weren't expecting, you would cash it and then post back here when the person who mistakenly sent you the check wanted it back, wanting to know how to cheat the system and keep it.

I'm an innocent consumer. They are the big corporation who stole my money.

The big bad corporation didn't steal your money...you gave it to them. Now, if you don't owe it and you want it back...ask for the damned 30 bucks and be done with it. Stop whinning about it.

Sheesh...the cheese we are getting with this whine isn't even worth the effort.

Ahhh, so you INTENTIONALLY ran up debt that you knew you could not repay.

Man, you are a real piece of work.

Not not really. I always thought I'd get rich someday and pay it off. I wanted to keep my credit good so I could buy a house someday. Once it became apparent it wasn't going to happen and the interest was just to much I finally decided to legally get rid of my debt.
