What is the name of your state?NY

I am going to file BK Ch.7 and would like to file myself rather than use an attorney. I have 4 judgements against me that were filed by creditors. It's too long a story to go into the reasons, but I had done nothing when they were filed. Can I get these discharged? Also what else needs to be filed because these are civil judgments?

Assuming they are not student loans or court ordered child/spousal support or, judgments from damages related to DUI.etc. you can include them and get them discharged.
Include them on the creditors matrix.
