What is the name of your state? GA
Here's a question on a pretty basic scenario which still confuses me:
Let's say a system is patented, and the 1st claim in the patent states that the system is comprised of:
1. component A
2. component B
3. component C which uses A to do action Y
4. component C also uses A to generate a particular effect Z by doing action X.
If I created a system (for a different goal) which has 1, 2 and 3, but not 4, am I still infringing? Thanks.
