Been sweating it too long and need some help! (filesharing question)

Alright I will try and ask. If I don't get my computer back within two days like they said, and my probation is up on the 29th of this month, can they still give me any trouble after the 29th?

Ok thanks guys. This is just a guess but if they found something on there that they wanted to make a big deal about, wouldn't they keep my computer instead of returning it tomorrow or the next day like they said?
