What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?FL

I just received a paper that says I am being sued. I got in a car accident in 8/02 and didn't have BI. As soon as I found out what that was I got it on my insurance right away, a little too late. Now their insurance company is sueing me for $15,000. I am wondering what can they do if I don't have that kind of money. I am 25 years old and work 2 jobs just to get by. I live in an apartment and I am still making payments on my car, so I don't own anything for them to take.

Any information of where I go from here would be great.

Thanks.
