Best way to represent self at modification hearing

It frankly makes not sense that you are facing those charges for hitting a pedestrian who ran on to the freeway at night. There is more to the story...

Well I wish I could tell u more, but that is the story. It has been an unbelievable ordeal, there was 2 people that were with the victtims that state I turned into them rather than try to turn away. I cant even start to explain how this is such a .... You know if I allow myself I get all worked up so I am gonna stop.

It also makes no sense - TO ME - that those pending charges would show up on a background check for employment that doesn't require some sort of security clearance. There's no CONVICTION and therefore no CRIME.

Like i said it is on my DMV printout, and I was only made aware when I applied for a job that I was unable to be hired do to the charges.
