He wasn't a cosigner on her Student Loans,
The Legal Separation was filed in November, They haven't gone to Court Yet.

Thanks, Jessie

Then there are no orders in place. He still could be responsible for the debts. Was a restraining order put on both of them prohibiting them from running up debt in the other's name?

And I am not playing 20 questions any longer. he very well may be held responsible because until a judge says otherwise these are marital debts. It is as easy as that. And hence as marital debts he is partially responsible.

Well, then you need to drag your son to the computer so he can ask his own questions, since you do not know the whole story and any legal advice given on "maybes" are just a simple waste of everyone's time here.

I like you AHA, are you a woman by any chance??

That's the way, AHA AHA, I like it, AHA AHA AHA****************************
