2 months ago is when it started my employer told me that he could not pay me on time because of finantial problems i respected that and waited three days for payment in three days he gave me a check for the full payment, then i went to the bank and deposited it. a couple of days later the check bounced and i was give another that also bounced, so far three checks have bounced and im pretty sure a check i deposited yesterday will bounce too. what should i do?

1. Contact CA's Labor Board and file a complaint over the unpaid wages.

2. You can also file a police report if you wish to. Writing worthless checks is against the law.
