I was allowed to enter my X-residence to remove personal belongings only to find my dresser drawers gone through, and my guitar thrown on the floor and Chiped. He also had my vehicle towed from the premises but without the asst of the sheriff entered my Vehcile and went through my glove box scatterd papers and broke my spoiler trying to tow it off with his 4x4 before calling the tow truck. Can I make him pay for the damages to my car and guitar? Also am I able to file a police report for him entering my car? Need some help here.
Thanks

You could

You could try to call police and at least file a police report but you will probably have to take him to small claims court for damages plus he probably broke your states landlord and tenant law.
