What is the name of your state? minnesota. my name is angela fields,my sister and i are in the process of starting a small business. and we're interested in the free grant money for our business. we purchase the book on writing grants, but it doesn't tell us who, or where to send the grant once it's written.

I started a business as well. I called my small business administration (SBA) office in my state to find this out. Sometimes they have free seiminars that will tell you all of this. Also you can try out guerilla marketing. Theres a book by Jay Conrad Levinson called Guerilla Marketing. Hope this helps.
