What is the name of your state?AL
This is not for me it's for my brother. About a month ago he purchased a van my my great aunt. Well THE DAY AFTER, my brother took it in for an oil change and a check up. Well on the way home the van broke down.
The aunt was contacted and she said that he needed to get someone to tow it. Didn't want to take responsibility for it or anything. But then they take it to a mechanic and they say that it will cost at least $1,500.00 to fix it. Does he have the right to get his money back on this sale?
