Hi,

I live in California and the county courts have jury duty expectations that don't allow some people (myself included) enough time to use public transportation to arrive to the court. (For example, they expect you to call in at 11:15 for a possible 12:30 hearing. It is impossible to get there by on public transportation even I left at 11:00 from where I am to the court by 12:30.) Is it legal for them to require this?

Thank you.
