So I had a ticket back in 2013 when I received the ticket its under my cousins name because he is the register owner of the vehicle but the picture is me.. Now the problem is when my cousin reniew his insurance his premium went high because the points went to his name..can somebody help me?? I did pay the ticket back in 2013 and went to traffic school..

Your cousin would appear to be the one in trouble. What your cousin should have done is follow the procedure for showing that he wasn't the driver (possibly naming you) and then when the ticket was issued in your name, you could have paid it and taken traffic school, or is this what happened?
