but if she is only working two days a week and only making $150 a week she is not disabled she has the ability to work more to support our child and stop getting free legal assistance from the state? I forgot to mention that I have won costudy and am going to be going to court for child support.

Then you left out an important fact. The judge can order her to pay child support, then she might have to work more to pay it or be in contempt.

Ask the court to impute income to her based on what she could be making if she was working full time, or in the very least, full time at minimum wage.

In Ohio child support is based on at the very minimum a 40 hour week at minimum wage. But if she has worked and made more than that in the past you can request that it be based on her earning potential. Not to say it will happen, but if you can prove she is only working 2 days a week so she only has to pay a pitance in child support they might make her pay more.
