:) Thank you for this information. I'm sure just knowing this will help speed up the process. I will make sure once the filings are done, that the Dad gets the Sheriff's dept. attempt serving her. Makes sense and that way there is a paper trail.

I am sure the Dad will be glad to know there is a good chance of getting the child's last name changed to his.

Yepee!!! Found NCP!!!

Dad was able to find Mom's new address. Court documents & pictures are worth every bit of frustration, that NCP has caused Dad.

If they'd stay out of trouble, it would be so much harder to find them. Plus they've gotten in a bad habit of using their legal names & known alias for court documents.

This is a blessing. Hopefully the Judge will see with all the newest court documents, and other things she was dum enough to fill out paperwork on, that it's not in the best interest of the child to have unsupervised visitations, to Mom's state.:)
