Can I ask tenants to leave before lease end?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MA

I have tenants living in my rental house, they do pay on time. But they constantly have non family members living there according to neighbors. Neighbors don't like them and request me to let them go. It is very hard for me to get evidence of extra tenants.

The lease doesn't allow extra tenants other than single family members. I can't get solid evidence of their violations. Is there a legal base I can ask them to leave just because of neighbor's complaint?

You can ask just about anything. Unless you are planning on incentivizing them in some way, they have no reason to comply.
