For the last year i have been maintaining a web site for a local band for free. (one of the band members happens to be ronnie van zants daughter (lynyrd skynyrd))In this web site there is a guest book and people have been posting some inflamatory remarks. Now they are threating to sue me for it. Can they do this? While I am refusing to remove the remarks made, can I get into any trouble? Can they sue me for this?

Just thought I would let the rest of you know that I recieved a phone call around 1:30 this morning from Tammy VZ and she is threatening to sue me over what is said over this message board. My guess is she found it by a google search for Blackhander and found this forum. LoL.......i guess she thinks she can sue someone for having an opinion. So, I guess I am waiting for some court papers. Wonder what she wants to sue me for....does she want my tiny little house or my piece of crap car?
