I was behind a car that was really moving. The cop was rolling toward us. He pulled us both over and said he clocked us both. I say he clocked the front car and guessed I was traveling at the same speed. He also recorded the wrong time on the ticket, off by 1 hour, which would me I was at work when the offense occured. Can this be dismissed on any of the 2 points of contention?

My response:
Well, Jimmy, you're gonna have to "kiss the sky" on this one. The cop is an expert regarding speed. Secondly, the "time" situation is a non-issue. First, he can have the judge "amend the citation according to the proof", and the proof is the fact that you were, in fact, there. If you were at work, could he have stopped you?
The judge will look at you and say, "Pal, you're in a purple haze today, aren't you."
