What is the name of your state? fLORIDA
I live in Florida. My soon to be ex-husband and I are going to try to live in the same house with our two children and share the bills. Can I still get him for child support and Allimony also.?

If you are sharing the bills and he is also a custodial parent why would you be requesting it. You might, but don't be surprised if you have to pay him also. Who is going to be CP?

I don't think so but talk to your lawyer.
You really should get out and find your own place, You Should file for some kind of support for you and your kid's.

You say it is your soon to be ex husband, but you two are still sharing a home.

I know in Florida the waiting period for a divorce is short (a freind of mine lives in Ocala and got a divorce within three months). (In Va you have a waiting period of a year without grounds such as adultry).

If you two are still living together under the same roof I don't think a divorce would even be granted unless you two are going to lie in court. To get support (child support or alimony) the two parties have to be living apart or at least divorced.

Support is awarded during a separation but it is when parties are no longer living together. (Or you can ask the court to order that one of the parties leave the martial home).
