Actually if you had read my original post, I clearly stated I wasn't notified of the hearing nor was I served with any such notice. My ex's response to the finding of facts is "the judge told me to put down whatever I knew about you"...but he lied on HIS finding of facts as well.

Anyway, thanks for your help.

You can't contest the divorce at this point, but you might be able to challenge the property agreement if you hire an attorney......however it doesn't appear that you can afford that.

Bankruptcy really may be your only viable option.
