Hey VeeGee ! Just wanted to update you on court yesterday. Not much happened actually. DH's lawyer assumed most things could be worked out without being heard but he later realized that BM was not the type of person you can work things out with. She would not even consider working out a parenting plan with us.
So another court date will be made and a custrial trial has been set for first week in November. I'll bump my other post up so you can read it

...and trust me, everything else will be dismissed too. The BM sounds more like a B***H MOM lol. Sounds like she only thinks of herself. I really don't see her winning custody, hasn't your DH had custody of his child all this time? So why would a judge change that, especially if the child is doing well.
