What is the name of your state? missouri.daughter is in montana.court order is in fla. my daughter wants to move to missouri to live with me.i have part custody but her monther has primaray residents.the thing is she hasnt lived with her mother in fla for over 2 years. she lives with her aunt which is her mothers sister.and her aunt.. said she cant move her to be with me. im her father cant i just go get her from school and bring her home with me to missouri since that what she wants?:confused:

No, because you don't have a court order naming you the custodial parent. You could find yourself in a world of legal hurt, and effectively lose any chance of gaining custody. You NEED to file for custody and do this through the proper channels.
