What is the name of your state? Arizona

I live in a house my mother owns. She made out a beneficiary deed and it goes to me upon her death. Two other sisters have Power of Attorney and I do not speak to either. My mother has recently become sick she is eighty and I don't think she will pull through this. Is there any way I could lose my house because it is not in my name now? Should I have her quit claim it to me? It is paid off.
