I'm a bit confused... how is this relevant to the current thread? Time capsule vs opening medical mail?![]()

This will probably get ME in trouble, bu in Kim's defense, the thread DID start out as asking about opening mail, then Calimom got "remprimanded" for starting a new thread about the mediation thing, so she came and added it here. Maybe Kim just didn't read the entire thread....and I have seen many posters, even some of the seniors say "I admit I didn't read the whole thread before responding", so she wouldn't be alone in that. And her reply wasn't that much different than lots of people who expressed their opinons on how much privacy their chidren received in regards to mail in their homes.
And, a champagne bday is the birthday on which you turn the age of the date you were born. My girls were born on the 16th and 20th, so their's would be when they turn 16 and 20. My hubby's family calls it your "great birtdhay".
I would have gone with the 21st birthday too, but it is an interesting way to celebrate the birthday.
That was the quickest family court hearing I've ever been to.
Dad was a "no show." Judge wasn't too happy!
Wasn't dad the one who wanted it in the first place, to increase his time?![]()
Yes it was his OSC. Therefore the unhappy judge!
I don't know why he's asking for more time. He's not taking advantage of the time he has now. This is the 5th week in a row he hasn't taken the kids for his "weekday dinner." UGG!
He recently indicated to me that he recorded a family counseling session. While arguing (text) about what was said during the session he said, "Do you want to hear the tape?" He must have realized he shouldn't have said anything about it because when I asked him, "What tape?" he stopped texting.
I suppose the text is not an actual admittance?![]()
I did save the text conversation. Thanks for the advice. It very well could be an admission. I would definitely attempt to bring it in. I would also let the counselor know that dad is purportedly taping the sessions.
