How or can I report my tenants to a credit bureau for defaulting on the rent?

And can I use their deposit to pay the commission of a realtor to find a new tenant?

You can charge the tenant for any costs that you incur if they break their lease. So, if they broke their lease and you regularly use a realtor to find tenants or used a realtor to find the exiting tenants, yes.
