Massachusetts....I was denied unemployment benefits because my former employer said I continued misconduct after warning, I've never been warned once for any thing and in the company policy / employee handbook it states verbal written warning, written warning, final warning, and termination. I appealled my disqualification, because I never been disciplined in fact the got 2 raises in the short five months i was employed

So what was the result of your appeal? If you don't know yet, wait for it.

However, based solely on the information you've provided, it should go well for you. Can't be any more accurate than this, would need a crystal ball...uh-uh don't have one.

Sounds good but its kind of more complicated as it looks

The whole thing was that I got attacked by a co worker that was off duty and his brother for gas may $$ I owed I defended my self . after managers got involved and became present I went back to work and closed the business. But the next day got fired so did the way other employee but it was not my fault at all.
