I live in NC and this person on my Verizon account has been paying monthly to be on my account. No contract, but they just stopped paying this month and won't communicate. They are on someone else's account. Can I take this to small claims and make them pay this last month?

I disagree with CTU. (Though not with the LOL.)

You obviously had some sort of oral agreement for that person to pay in exchange for being on your account.

That's enforceable.

So, yes, small claims court for that person's unpaid charges is appropriate.

Though I hope that you have removed that person from your account by now.
