New York- I purchased a ice tea bottle(from a well known ice tea maker) and after drinking 3/4 of the bottle I noticed I swallowed something, I emptied the bottle and there was tiny pieces of glass in there, I saved the tiny pieces in the bottle, should I get a lawer or try to settle this myself and what compansation what I likely recieve?

You would have to prove that the glass was in the bottle before it was opened. It is obvious you did not suffer any ill effects or suffer any type of injury so you have no claim. As far as compensation, maybe a new bottle of ice tea if you are lucky.
