Can I Sue?

Recently, I had a CPS case where a federal govt agent provided the state CPS agency with info. This info stated that I was a terrorist, I wrote President Obama, I am armed and dangerous, had arsenal weapon training, along with other information. CPS alleged that I was a threat to my child and mentally ill. Since then, all of this info has been proven to be untrue/false. I have since sought consultation from several attorneys. Some say I can sue, while others say I cannot sue because the fed agent and CPS are exempt from liability. Via an investigation, it has been found that I was being considered for a govt job and this has ruined my reputation, standing, and my family's safety and security because of this false info. One of the attorneys I consulted also received a strange visit from an unknown govt agent who stated to not take my case. He has never seen this kind of stuff before. Out of fear and concern for his professional license and my child and I safety, the attorney stated to learn Spanish and leave the country because it appears there is more to what is going on with everything and we are victims of whatever is going on. He stated because we are minorities no one will believe us or support us and it will never be resolved (from what it appears) and this will keep going. It is a losing battle for us. Because of the sensitivity and disbelief of this information, I prefer to remain anonymous. However, I have heeded the advice of the attorney to leave the country. We are providing soon to leave and never come back. Many of our friends think this is the best option, even though we have built up ties and foundations here in the US.

There is much more info on what has happened in this matter. Recently, a list of referrals that I have received to take my case have been discouraged from taking the case. One attorney now believes that his rights are being violated from taking the case and representing my child and I rights. A background was run on me and it reveals that I am not a terrorist and I have not made any terroristic threats. From this attorney's help and his investigators, there have been individuals revealed to be involved in this; yet no one believes me and no one really has not done their job except the attorney.

Real Advice Please

Zigner, real advice please. I hope this is not the advice that these forums are allowing, as it does a disservice to the attorneys and others on here who are really trying to help and assist others in their legal issues. This is an actual situation where I am seeking good and solid advice from others in seeking legal remedy for my child and I. Your response does not discourage me. But, it does make me skeptical of these forums, especially if you are a senior member posting in these forums. I have a feeling that you will not be enjoy your liberties and freedoms very long. If you get a visit from a govt agent, please be sure to note this thread and forum. It has nothing to do with me but others. So, I hope that you enjoy, mentioning my post for assistance may just help you out of a world of trouble. Everything I do, say and write is being monitored . . . (hint! hint!)

I advise you not to take any more stupid actions, then get mad because you suffer repercussions from them. Think of the thousands of our tax dollars, wasted, investigating you and your background. Sounds like you were trying to push the limits and find a reason to sue Uncle Sugar. Personally, i am happy Uncle Sugar sent you a shipment of sour lemons. Take the learning experience to manufacture and sell lemonade in your new home. You cannot sue the U.S. government without its permission.

Legal Solution/Remedy?

Zigner, if you read my entire post, I am also asking whether or not I can sue. Relocating only helps in securing my child and I safety and security, it does not compensate us for the rest of our lives for the damage caused by others. Thanks for the assistance anyway. Hopefully, someone else could provide intellectual guidance on this issue.

Thanks for the advice. However, again, I mentioned that the info provided was false. Thanks for all of the advice. I can see these forums are truly not for help but for entertainment and the enjoy of others. Thanks all for the advice. I will be sure to note all of it in the near future. As I stated to Zigner, do not be surprised to get a knock at your door from a govt agent. It has nothing to do with me but others and I did not tell them anyone about you. Everything I do, say, and write is being monitored. So, enjoy your liberties and freedoms while you have them! Be sure to mention this thread and post, it just may help you . . .
