widow came to US on b2 visa. second trip , he met another man. Then on her third trip to US the got married and she return to her home country. Five months after she return still on her b2 visa to visit her husband. During this time her husband need her support because he was going through stress due to his mother dementia disease. She agreed to stay back and decided to file adjustment of status. Would this be granted? TX
