I would like to file a lawsuit against a county jail for civil rights violations, negligence of officers resulting in my injury, the list goes on and on and on . I have hospital records that show I was injured one occasion in which it took them 3 hours of me laying in a pool of blood in a holding cell before they took me. Once again due to their disregard to threats of other inmates. I would like to speak with someone about carrying them to federal court. The cell conditions remind me of those at guantonomo bay (not being sarcastic at all) I dont beleive anyone has stood up to them about this. I would like to be that person with the help of an attorney of course. I dont feel right knowing they did this to me and not doing anything about it, resulting in more injuries, and horrid inmate conditions,. We were packed in a cell I kid you not like dogs, people were sleeping beside toilets, under bottom bunks , next to the shower with no cot whatsoever. They dont allow any kind of hand sanitizers on their commisary their have been large MERSA cases their. I was really mentally disturbed and will be for the rest of my life because of this jail and corrupt county allowing it to stay in operation , despite paint falling in the food almost immediately as you get it , raw meat served to inmates ( the officers claimed it to be red dye), like I said it goes on and on.
