What is the name of your state? Florida

After I posted my questions right after I personally filed 3 days ago, I have not been able to sleep and I'm a wreck and need help on my problem.
The situation is this. I got what I think was fantastic and honest responses from members of this board and I now realize that by filing I have put my life and those I love in very very serious jeopardy. I now need to get the filing dismissed or cancelled. I absolutely have to get the process ended. Is it better for me to just not show up at the 341 or should I file that paper to get it dismissed?

Ok, why do you think you've put your family in serious jeopardy ?? What exactly has you so scared ?? This could very well be your last chance for real relief with the passage of the new law, are you REALLY sure you want to let it be dismissed ???

If you don't want to post publicly, PM me.

What does your lawyer say?

Filing for bankruptcy does not result in your life being in jeopardy (unless your creditors use the baseball bat method of collection)...something else is causing that.

My guess is he is really worried about what the effect of 986,000 of debt could do to his family. Was a lot of this debt joint with family members?
