I took photo yesterday, and indeed there is no warning sign. Basically a plain car wash building

The car wash/store name should also be searchable on the secretary of state’s website that identifies registered businesses.

So shall I file the case in the county that this particular store is operating or the county the company is registered in.

You should have a better chance in court, then, if you cannot get the car wash to voluntarily pay for the damages caused your vehicle’s antenna cover.

As to where to file, you can file in the county where the damage occurred.

Signs or no you have no case. The fans blew the cover off in the course of their intended operation. This would very different if say the boom had hit your car because of improper operation. Your car is just flimsy.
