What is the name of your state? Texas

This is in my divorce decree...
The remaining balance due, including principal, interest, and all other charges, on the promissory note payable to XXXXXX. All scheduled payments to be made to XXXXXXXX.

The car is in my name 100%, but was purchased when we were married.

If she makes a late payment (missed a scheduled payment by at least 15 days), do I have the right to go get the vehicle, make the missing payment and sell the vehicle?

Was she awarded the car in the divorce? Was she supposed to refinance the car and put it in her own name? You need to post a bit more information. If she was awarded the car then she keeps the car regardless of rather she pays for it or not. If she is supposed to refinance the car and her credit won't allow that she still keeps the car and you name remains on the loan. If she continues to be late on the loan, there is not a lot you can do but sit by and watch your credit go down the tubes. Been there done that. Post a bit more information, and that might change at least my answer. Good luck.

Want me to scare you?

He was awarded one vehicle and all indebtness there of. No mention of refinancing in order. It only had like 6 payments left on it. I took the older vehicle - paid for.

He quit making payments, they repoed and auctioned vehicle (for less than what was owed on it).

Not only does my credit show a repo on it. They came after me for what was owed on it. I didn't get the newer vehicle. Was never notified about anything and still got to pay for it.

MAKE SURE THAT SHE IS REQUIRED TO RE-FINANCE THE VEHICLE IN HER NAME ALONE. AND MAKE SURE SHE DOES IT.

No...she was awarded the vehicle in the divorce. You do not have the right to take it. However, if she is late with payments I strongly recommend that you make the payments yourself (in order to protect your credit history) and then go after her for contempt....and/or go after her in small claims court.
